On September 24, we opened the new Columbia Heights Plaza. Just one month later, we unveiled the Columbia Heights Heritage Trail. The trail details our history through the neighborhood's more than 100-year history. The CH Plaza is now a central meeting place for friends and families of Ward 1. More than a year in the making, it is the prefect enhancment to our new retail and restaurant corridor. With the groundbreaking for the new Justice Park - I, with the help of the mayor, my staff and our community and business partners - Ward One has cracked the $1 billion mark for investment along the 14 Street Cooridor alone.
