Park Place is a 156-unit condominium development with a 20% set-aside for affordable housing, and retail on the ground level. It is located above the Georgia Avenue/Petworth Metro station on the Green Line, just outside Ward One.

Councilmember Graham was involved in the effort to put this project together. The land was formerly owned by Metro, and Councilmember Graham serves on the Metro board as chair of the Real Estate Committee.

Park Place, which is now rising on a formerly vacant lot, will have major economic benefits for Lower Georgia Avenue in Ward One.
