Councilmember Graham has served as a voting member of the Metro/WMATA Board of Directors since 1999 and served as Chairman in 2003. He is currently the 2nd Vice Chairman and chairs the Budget Committee.

As the voting representative for the entire District of Columbia, Councilmember Graham frequently receives questions and comments about the Metro system from residents and visitors.
