The Tivoli Square mixed-use development project began on May 13, 2003. Located at 14th Street and Park Road, the entire historic exterior of the Tivoli Theatre was preserved with essential interior features.

The mixed-use development project includes a 55,000 square foot Giant Food Store, a sit down restaurant, ground floor retail, office space and condominium housing with a 20 percent set-aside for low and moderate income households.
